Trip to Cape May, New Jersey - June 2009
On June 2, 2009, The Tapsations Team traveled across the Delaware Bay aboard the Cape May-Lewes Ferry for an overnight trip to perform for the annual L. H. Kinnard Chapter #7 Telecom Pioneer Reunion.
The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the relaxing scenic voyage to our destination at the oceanfront Grand Hotel in Cape May, New Jersey.
During the social hour, we met many active and retired Verizon employees who volunteer their time responding to the needs in their communities. Sharon even reconnected with a few colleagues she worked with during her 30-year career at Verizon-Pennsylvania.
PERFORMANCE:
The Tapsations had a great time and enjoyed entertaining such a friendly and receptive audience.
